摘要
规模化畜禽养殖废水具有“五高”,即高CODCr、高NH3-N、高TP及高SS,以及致病菌含量高,并伴有恶臭、水质水量变化大、处理难度大等特点。目前,同步硝化反硝化在养殖废水高效脱氮除碳源方面的研究与应用很少。本文以惠州市某规模养殖场养殖废水处理为例,详细介绍了一种新型的生物脱氮除碳技术—同步硝化反硝化技术的工艺路线、核心设备、池型结构、自控方式及去除效率、去除效果。该技术比传统脱氮除碳方法相比,有工艺流程短、占地面积省、脱氮除碳效率高、能耗降低等优点,可为其他类似项目提供一定的理论依据和应用参考。
Large-scale livestock and poultry breeding wastewater has“five highs”,high CODCr,high NH3-N,high TP and high SS,as well as high content of pathogenic bacteria,accompanied by odor,large changes in water quality and water quality,and difficult treatment.Currently,there are few studies and applications of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in efficient nitrogen and carbon removal from aquaculture wastewater.Taking the treatment of aquaculture wastewater from a large-scale farm in Huizhou as an example,this paper introduces in detail the process route,core equipment,pool structure,automatic control method,removal efficiency,Removal.Compared with traditional denitrification and decarbonization methods,this technology has the advantages of shorter process flow,less floor space,higher denitrification and decarbonization efficiency,and lower energy consumption.It can provide certain theoretical basis and application reference for other similar projects.
