摘要
高职教育教学改革按照专业设置与产业需求对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接的要求,完善职业学校设置标准,持续更新并推进专业课程标准建设,并在职业院校落地实施。分析现阶段零售业对连锁经营管理人才的能力需求,探讨高职院校专业课程标准制定的原则,以使学生具备未来职业所需的岗位胜任力,培养满足社会和企业需求的技能型人才。
The teaching reform of higher vocational education should improve the setting standards of vocational schools,continuously update and promote the construction of professional curriculum standards in accordance with the requirements of the docking of professional settings and industrial needs.It analyses the ability demand of retail industry for chain management talents at present,and probes into the methods of formulating professional curriculum standards,so as to enable students to have the post competence required by future occupation and train talents to meet the needs of society.
