摘要
目的探讨基于人文关怀的细节化护理在颌面部外伤行美容整形术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院整形外科2019年1月~2021年1月收治的颌面部外伤患者84例,均行美容整形缝合术治疗。按照就诊先后顺序编号随机分为两组,每组42例。观察组给予基于人文关怀的细节化护理干预,对照组仅给予常规护理干预。比较两组干预前后心理状态、口腔功能恢复情况、并发症发生率和满意度。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后6个月观察组口腔功能恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均有创口感染、张口受限、咬合紊乱等并发症,观察组发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度各维度(手术效果、护理服务态度、护理专业程度、自信心恢复)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀的细节化护理能改善颌面部外伤行美容整形术患者心理状态,促进伤口愈合及口腔功能恢复,减少相关并发症发生风险,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing based on humanistic care in maxillofacial trauma patients undergoing cosmetic surgery.Methods A total of 84 maxillofacial trauma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,and all of them received cosmetic plastic surgery and suture.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of medical treatment,with 42 patients in each group.The observation group received detailed nursing intervention based on humanistic care,while the control group only received routine nursing intervention.Psychological state,oral function recovery,complication rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Six months after intervention,the oral function recovery effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had wound infection,mouth opening limitation,occlusion disorder and other complications,and the incidence of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of satisfaction(surgical effect,nursing service attitude,nursing professional degree and confidence recovery)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed nursing based on humanistic care can improve the psychological state of patients undergoing cosmetic plastic surgery with maxillofacial trauma,promote wound healing and oral function recovery,improve the quality of life,reduce the risk of related complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
