摘要
目的在消化道息肉患者的内镜切除术后应用综合护理方法,探究其对患者干预效果的影响情况。方法随机选取2019年1月-2021年3月该院接受治疗的100例消化道息肉患者为研究对象,分为研究组50例与对照组50例,患者采用内镜切除术治疗,术后分别给予患者综合护理干预与常规护理干预,对比分析不同护理方法对患者的影响效果,统计分析两组患者的精神状况评分、情感职能评分、躯体功能评分、社会功能评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者各项生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组各项评分均提高,研究组精神状况评分(83.23±5.33)分、情感职能评分(82.19±5.44)分、躯体功能评分(80.45±5.44)分、社会功能评分(84.34±5.43)分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.196、2.260、4.728、6.333,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组患者并发症发生率(8.00%)更低,护理满意度(96.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762、4.000,P<0.05)。结论在消化道息肉患者内镜切除术后恢复中应用综合护理方法,其效果显著,对患者具有积极意义,可降低患者不良反应发生率,提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高。
Objective After endoscopic resection of patients with gastrointestinal polyps,comprehensive nursing methods are applied to explore its influence on the effect of patient intervention.Methods 100 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in the hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.Divided into a study group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases,the patients were treated with endoscopic resection,and comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were given to the patients respectively after the operation.Compared and analyzed the effects of different nursing methods on patients.The mental status score,emotional function score,physical function score,social function score,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results Before nursing,the scores of quality of life of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of the two groups were improved,the scores of mental status(83.23±5.33)points,emotional function(82.19±5.44)points,physical function(80.45±5.44)points and social function(84.34±5.43)points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.196,2.260,4.728,6.333,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications(8.00%)and nursing satisfaction(96.00%)in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.762,4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing methods in the recovery of patients with gastrointestinal polyps after endoscopic resection has significant effects and is of positive significance to patients.It can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical application value.
