摘要
目的探究肠镜下结肠息肉切除术后护理干预的效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年9月在我院接受肠镜下结肠息肉切除手术的100例患者,采取随机抽签的方式将其分成两组,每组50例,对照组采取传统常规护理干预,试验组采用综合护理干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果试验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的腹部胀气、肛门便意、肠穿孔、肠出血等不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于肠镜下结肠息肉切除术的患者进行综合护理干预可以更好的提升治疗效果,减少术后并发症的发生,构建和谐稳定的护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention after colonoscopy polypectomy.Methods From July 2018 to September 2019,100 patients who underwent colonoscopic polypectomy in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random lottery,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention,to compare the effect of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions such as abdominal bloating,anus stool,intestinal perforation,and intestinal hemorrhage in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing colonoscopic polypectomy can better improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and build a harmonious and stable nurse-patient relationship.
