摘要
为降低磷化液污染,同时制备出耐蚀性能良好的锌锰系磷化膜,将环保型试剂柠檬酸钠添加到磷化液中,研究柠檬酸钠浓度对45钢表面磷化膜的形貌、物相、厚度和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随柠檬酸钠浓度增加,磷化膜的物相均为Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O、Mn_(2)Zn(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O和Zn_(3)Fe(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O相,但宏观和微观形貌明显变化,厚度先增后降,导致耐蚀性能先提高后下降。柠檬酸钠浓度为2 g/L时制备的锌锰系磷化膜色泽均匀且较致密,厚度最大,达8.8μm,电荷转移电阻和膜层电阻较45钢都提高了约2.6倍,表现出良好的耐蚀性能。适当增加柠檬酸钠浓度能提高磷酸盐晶体形核率,促进磷化膜结构致密,阻挡腐蚀介质侵蚀,对45钢起到较好的防腐作用,有效延缓腐蚀进程。
In order to reduce the pollution of phosphating solution and obtain a zinc-manganese phosphating film with goodcorrosion resistance,the eco-friendly reagent sodium citrate was added to the phosphating solution,and the effect ofconcentration of sodium citrate on the morphology,phase,thickness and corrosion resistance of phosphating film on 45 steel wasstudied.The results show that with the increase of concentration of sodium citrate,the phase of phosphating film is Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O、Mn_(2)Zn(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O and Zn_(3)Fe(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O,but the macromorphology and micromorphology changes obviously,namely the thickness increase firstly and then decrease,and the corresponding resistance to corrosion shows a oppositetendency.The zinc-manganese phosphating film prepared with 2 g/L sodium citrate is uniform and dense,with a maximumthickness of up to 8.8μm and exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion.Its charge transfer resistance and film resistance areincreased by about 2.6 times compared with 45 steel.Appropriate increase of the concentration of sodium citrate is beneficial toincrease the nucleation rate of phosphate crystals and results in a dense structure phosphate film,enhancing the resistance to theerosion in corrosive medium and thus effectively delaying the corrosion process and exerting a superior protective effect on 45steel.
