摘要
慢性鼻炎是临床常见慢性疾病之一,以鼻塞、鼻腔分泌物增多等症状反复发作、迁延不愈为主要特点。目前主要运用激素类药物缓解症状,存在治愈率低、疗程长以及药物依赖等问题。吴鸿教授根据多年临床经验总结,运用六经以及方证辨证理论,选用麻黄附子甘草汤合吴茱萸汤治疗少阴病证类慢性鼻炎,明显提高了治愈率、缩短了治疗周期,另附医案二则展示临证使用本方的思路。
Chronic rhinitis is one of the commonly chronic diseases in clinic,which is mainly characterized by recurrent and persistent symptoms such as nasal congestion and increased nasal secretions.At present,hormone medicines are mainly used to relieve symptoms,but there are problems such as low cured rate,long course of treatment,and medicine dependence.Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor WU Hong applied the six-meridian theory and prescription and syndrome differentiation,and the Mahuang Fuzi Gancao decoction(麻黄附子甘草汤)plus the Wuzhuyu decoction(吴茱萸汤)was chose by Professor WU to treat chronic rhinitis of the Shaoyin syndrome(少阴病证),which significantly improved the cured rate and shortened the treatment period.2 medical records were attached to show the application idea of this prescription in clinical trials.
