摘要
目的:探讨分析温阳祛湿活血法联合糖皮质激素治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将巨野县人民医院2018年9月-2020年9月接收的60例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿根据随机数字表法分为对照组(给予常规糖皮质激素治疗)与观察组(给予温阳祛湿活血法联合糖皮质激素治疗),各30例,观察两组的24 h尿蛋白总量(24-hour Urinary Protein,24 h UPro)及尿检红细胞计数(Red Blood Count-urine,RBC-U)水平变化、炎性因子变化、中医证候积分变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的24 h UPro及RBC-U均显著低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)及干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平均显著优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的主症积分、次症积分及总积分均显著低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿给予温阳祛湿活血法联合糖皮质激素治疗,能够有效降低尿蛋白及血尿水平,减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,提高临床效果。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of the warming Yang(阳),removing dampness,and activating blood circulation method plus glucocorticoids on allergic purpura nephritis in children.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 cases from September 2018 to September 2020 were divided into the control group(took conventional glucocorticoid)and the observation group(received the warming Yang,removing dampness,and activating blood circulation method plus glucocorticoid),30 cases in each.Results:After treatment,the 24-hour UPro and RBC-U levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The IL-4 and IFN-γlevels in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.The main symptom score,secondary symptom score and total score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating allergic purpura nephritis in children by the warming Yang,removing dampness,and activating blood circulation method plus glucocorticoids can effectively reduce the levels of urinary protein and hematuria,reduce inflammation,ameliorate clinical symptoms,and improve clinical effects.
