摘要
目的分析老年衰弱患者自我感受负担与心理弹性的关系。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月就诊的102例老年衰弱患者作为研究对象,全部患者均行常规治疗,于治疗2周后评估患者自我感受负担[自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、心理弹性[心理弹性量表简表(RS-14)],并收集患者基线资料,分析不同资料特征患者自我感受负担水平,重点分析老年衰弱患者自我感受负担与心理弹性的相关性。结果102例老年衰弱患者自我感受负担一般,SPBS评分平均得分为(108.36±16.31)分;BI指数>60分的老年衰弱患者SPBS评分低于BI指数≤60分的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同资料特征的老年衰弱患者SPBS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);102例老年衰弱患者RS-14评分中,个人能力维度评分(42.48±8.40)分,积极认知维度评分(16.59±4.12)分;经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,个人能力评分低、积极认知评分低可能是导致老年衰弱患者自我感受负担较重的影响因素(P<0.05),得到方程:Y=145.953-0.369X1-1.321X2。结论老年衰弱患者自我感受负担可能受心理弹性影响。
Objective To investigate the correlation between self perceived burden and psychological resilience in elderly patients with asthenia.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with asthenia who visited our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled in the study.All the patients were received routine therapy,after 2-week treatment,the self perceived burden[self perceived burden scale(SPBS)],psychological resilience[resilience-14(rs-14)]of patients were evaluated,the baseline data of patients were collected,the self perceived burden levels of patients with different data characteristics were analyzed.Moreover the correlation between self perceived burden and psychological resilience of patients was mainly analyzed.Results The self perceived burden of 102 elderly patients with asthenia was general,and the average scores of SPBS were(108.36±16.31)points.And the SPBS scores of patients with BI index>60 points were significantly lower than those of patients with BI index≤60 points(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SPBS scores in the elderly patients with different data characteristics(P>0.05).In RS-14 score of patients,,the scores of personal ability dimension were(42.48±8.40)points and scores of positive cognitive dimension were(16.59±4.12)points.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the low personal ability scores and the low positive cognitive scores might be the influencing factors of heavy self perceived burden in elderly patients with asthenia(P<0.05),with the equation:Y=145.953-0.369X1-1.321X2.Conclusion The self perceived burden of elderly patients with asthenia may be affected by psychological resilience.
