摘要
随着时代发展,传统大学生思想引领工作存在较多的问题,主要体现在缺乏主动权、高校辅导员在网络背景下很难满足社会对他们的要求、工作方法缺乏科学性等。由于我们的生活、工作都深受网络的显著影响。为此,必须对传统思维模式、理念进行相应的革新,对思想引领工作方法与主要内容进行相应的创新,将“互联网+”和核心价值观进行有机的融合,从而打造坚实的基于互联网的辅导员队伍,使之拥有更高的综合素养,能力强、思想正,显著提升大学生思想工作水平。
In recent years,there are many problems in the traditional ideological guidance work of college students,reflected mainly for the lack of initiative,college counselors in the network background is difficult to meet the requirements of the society for them,for the lack of scientific working methods.Because of our life,work are affected greatly by the network.Therefore,it must be the corresponding reform of traditional thinking pattern,concept,corresponding to the idea of guidance the work method and main content of innovation,the Internet and the core values of organic integration,so as to build a solid based on the Internet counselors team,it has higher comprehensive qualities,ability,thought correct,enhance significantly the level of college students’ ideological work.
