摘要
热熔自攻丝(Flow Drill Screw,FDS)是一种用于轻量化车身的新型机械连接工艺,为促进热熔自攻丝技术在轻量化车身上的应用,设计了一种双电机驱动的热熔自攻螺接拧紧装置,开展了热熔自攻螺接拧紧装置的结构设计和分析,利用SolidWorks对机械结构进行了三维建模,并进行了运动校核和有限元分析。结果表明,所设计的机械结构符合要求,通过运动校核与有限元分析验证了其可行性。所设计的拧紧装置为热熔自攻丝工艺的开展奠定了工程基础。
Flow drill screw(FDS)is a new joining technology for lightweight car body.In order to promote the application of FDS technology in lightweight car body,a double motor driven flow drill screw tightening device was designed,and the structure design and analysis of the device were carried out,the mechanical structure was modeled by SolidWorks,and the motion check and finite element analysis were also carried out.The results show that the designed mechanical structure meets the requirements,and the feasibility was verified by the motion check and finite element analysis.It is concluded that the designed tightening device has laid an engineering foundation for the development of flow drill technology.
