摘要
目的 探究分析护理风险管理在新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)中的应用方法及效果.方法 选取2018年9月-2019年9月于该院新生儿重症监护病房收治的102例重症新生儿作为研究对象,按照不同的护理管理方法将患儿分为A组和B组,每组各51例;A组实施护理风险管理,B组实施护理常规管理,比较两组效果.结果 A组的护理风险事件发生率、护患矛盾事件发生率、家长满意度与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). A组的护理质量评分(书写规范合格、护理操作熟练、与家属沟通好、服务细心全面)大于B组(P<0.05).结论 在新生儿重症监护病房实施护理风险管理,可减少护理风险事件、护患矛盾事件发生率,可提高护理质量,家长满意度,值得在临床中推广应用.
Objective To explore and analyze the application methods and effects of nursing risk management in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,102 cases of severe neonates admitted to the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit were selected as the research object.The children were divided into group A and group B according to different nursing management methods.51 cases each;group A implemented nursing risk management,group B implemented routine nursing management,and compared the effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing risk events,the incidence of nursing-patient contradiction events,and parental satisfaction in group A were significantly different from those in group B,the difference were statistically signifant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of group A(passing writing standards,skilled nursing operations,good communication with family members,and careful and comprehensive service)was greater than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in the neonatal intensive care unit can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and conflicting events between nurses and patients,and can improve the quality of care and parent satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
