摘要
目的对甲状腺微小乳头状癌超声检查中实施优质管理的应用效果进行研究,旨在为今后的管理工作提供参考。方法选取2019年12月—2021年11月该院甲状腺微小乳头状癌临床管理60名工作人员作为研究对象,以2020年11月为界,之前实施常规护理管理,命名为对照组(n=30);之后实施优质管理,命名为研究组(n=30)。对比两组管理人员管理质量和管理满意度情况。结果研究组管理质量各指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质管理的实施在超声检查甲状腺微小乳头状癌临床管理工作中发挥了显著优势,可以提升工作质量,提升管理效果,推广及应用价值较高。
Objective To study the application effect of high-quality management in ultrasound examination of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,in order to provide reference for future management.Methods Selected 60 staff members of the clinical management of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma in the hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 as the research subjects.Taking November 2020 as the boundary,routine nursing management was previously implemented,and named the control group(n=30).The later,high-quality management will be implemented,and named the study group(n=30),and the management quality and satisfaction of managers between two groups were compared.Results The scores of the management qualityeach index in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction in the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality management has played a significant role in the clinical management of ultrasonography for papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,which can improve the quality of work,improve the management effect,and has high promotion and application value.
