过江盾构隧道止水密封垫力学性能试验及数值模拟 被引量:4

Test and Numerical Simulation of Mechanical Performance of Waterproof Gasket in Shiel Tunnel Under River

摘要 为研究盾构隧道接缝止水密封垫数值模拟难点,结合上元门越江隧道工程的接缝防水设计方案,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立密封垫三维模型,模拟密封垫装配力加载试验,将计算结果与室内试验结果对比,为橡胶本构模型的选择提供参考,并分析边界条件对计算结果的影响。研究结果表明:在与室内力学试验相对应的密封垫两端有约束的数值模型中,采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型比Yeoh本构模型的装配力误差更小;密封垫两端边界条件的差异对计算结果有较大影响,采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型时密封垫两端有约束比无约束情况下的最大装配力平均增大22.2%;对于最大装配力而言,使用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型的计算结果更加准确。 To study the the difficulties in the numerical simulation of the shield tunnel joint waterproof gasket,this paper relied on the joint waterproof design scheme of Shangyuanmen tunnel and adopted the ABAQUS finite software to estabilsh a 3D model,thus to provide references for the selection of rubber constitutive models and to analyze the influence of different boundary conditions of the gasket.The model simulated the assembly force loading test,and compared the analysis results with the aboratory test results.The research indicates that the Mooney-Rivlin model has a smaller assembly force error than the Yeoh model in the numerical model with constrains at both ends of the gasket.The maximum assembly force of the Mooney-Rivlin model of the waterproof gasket is 22.2%larger than that of the unconstrained condition on average.For the maximum assembly force,the calculation results using Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model are more accurate.
