摘要
介绍了几种典型的橡胶材料超弹性本构模型,并给出了不同模型的适用范围和局限性。基于应变能函数的唯象模型能够描述较大的变形范围,但缺乏对材料本质的认识;基于分子统计学理论的本构模型所需的材料参数少,但不适用于炭黑填充的橡胶材料。此外,基于高斯网络模型与8链模型的混合模型能够描述不同的变形模式,且精度较高。
Several typical and representative constitutive models of rubber materials are introduced and compared to demonstrate their ranges of application and limitations. Large scope of deformation can be described by the phenomenological models based on strain energy density, which yet lack the understanding of the nature of the material. Few material parameters are required in the statistical models based on molecular chain network, which yet can't apply to the carbon black filled rubber materials. Moreover, the hybrid constitutive model combining the Gaussian network model and 8-chain network model can describe different deformation patterns with high-precision.
