摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,中国城市化进程不断提升,需要不断加快房屋建设的速度以满足城市化水平,在房屋建设中装配式混凝土结构优势不断凸显。本研究以房屋装配式关键施工技术为主要分析点,针对装配式构件的运输、吊装,预制柱、梁、板式楼梯安装的要点分析总结,制订相对应的安装工艺流程;最后归纳装配式构件施工流程中的验收标准,从而形成对装配式建筑施工整个流程的监督规范,形成装配式建筑施工的技术方案及组织方案,以提升装配式混凝土的施工质量。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the level of urban construction has also been continuously improved,and the advantages of prefabricated concrete structures in urban housing construction have been continuously highlighted.This study takes the key construction technology of prefabricated houses as the main analysis point,analyzes and summarizes the key points of the installation of prefabricated components,including transportation,hoisting,prefabricated columns,beams,and slab stairs,and formulates the corresponding installation process.Finally,the construction process of prefabricated components is summarized.In order to form the supervision specification for the entire process of prefabricated building construction,form a technical and organizational plan for the installation and construction of prefabricated buildings,and provide a reference basis for the construction quality of prefabricated concrete.
