摘要
澄江双线特大桥为(91.3+180+91.3)m的拱加劲大跨度连续梁,上跨兰海高速公路。主跨180 m钢管拱拱肋矢高为36 m,拱肋在高速公路围界外异位等高拼装后,纵向顶推就位。通过采用Midas Civil有限元软件对顶推体系进行整体建模,分析拱肋脱架工况下的水平索力、拱肋顶推工况下的结构受力等,阐述了钢管拱脱架、顶推以及监测等关键技术。实例表明,顶推体系结构安全,拱肋变形与应力值较合理。
With an arch stiffened long-span continuous beam of(91.3+180+91.3) m, Chengjiang double track bridge is across Lanzhou-Haikou expressway. The rise height of steel pipe arch rib with the main span of 180 m is 36 m. After being assembled by ectopic height outside the expressway enclosure, the arch rib is jacking into place longitudinally.The overall jacking system is modeled by Midas Civil finite element software to analyze the horizontal cable force under the condition of arch rib off frame and the structural stress under arch rib jacking. The key technologies of steel pipe arch off frame, jacking and monitoring are described. The example shows that the structure of jacking system is safe and the deformation and stress values of arch rib are reasonable.
