高职扩招背景下学前教育专业运行现状及对策研究

Research on the the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Preschool Education Major under the Background of Higher Vocational College Enrollment Expansion Plan

摘要 通过对本校学前教育专业学生入学前的学业基础、学习动机及入学后能用来学习的时间、教学方式、技能实训等情况进行调查,发现高职扩招存在学生学业基础差异大、学习动机不强、投入时间少、对技能实训期望高等问题。要提升高职扩招的教育教学质量,高职院校应加强管理,提升学生学习动力,实施“混合式”实训教学模式,以保证人才培养质量。 The increase of the teaching locations caused by the vocational college expansion plan has made great impact on the established teaching order and management.For that,a survey was made on the pre-school education majors in our college about their academic basis,learning motivations,study times,teaching methods and skill training.And the survey shows that the students enrolled by the plan have weaker academic basis and learning motivation,less study time but higher expectation on skill training.Therefore,in order to promote the vocational college expansion plan and to ensure the quality of personnel training,it’s necessary for the vocational colleges to strengthen management,improve the higher vocational teaching quality and to bring into force the teaching model of“mixed practical training”.
