摘要
目的研究p53、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在原发性肝癌中的表达情况及与超声图像特征的关系。方法选取原发性肝癌患者65例,取其肝癌组织及癌旁组织(距肿瘤﹥3 cm)。比较不同组织中p53、PCNA表达情况,总结原发性肝癌超声图像特征,分析原发性肝癌超声图像特征与p53、PCNA的关系。结果原发性肝癌组织中PCNA、p53阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同p53、PCNA表达情况的原发性肝癌患者肿瘤数量、边界、均匀性、坏死、转移情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)分型原发性肝癌患者p53、PCNA表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);且Ⅲ型患者p53、PCNA阳性表达率均高于Ⅰ型,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同三维彩色血管能量成像(3D-CPA)分型原发性肝癌患者p53、PCNA表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);且Ⅱ、Ⅲ型患者p53、PCNA阳性表达率均高于Ⅰ型,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论p53、PCNA与原发性肝癌超声图像特征具有一定关系,有利于原发性肝癌的诊断及治疗。
Objective To study the expression of p53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in primary liver cancer and their relationship with ultrasound image features.Method A total of 65 patients with primary liver cancer were selected,and their liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues(>3 cm from the tumor)were selected.The expressions of p53 and PCNA in different tissues were compared,the ultrasound image features of primary liver cancer were summarized,and the relationship between the ultrasound image features of primary liver cancer and p53,PCNA were also analyzed.Result The positive rates of PCNA and p53 in primary liver cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in tumor number,border,homogeneity,necrosis,and metastasis in patients with primary liver cancer with varying p53 and PCNA expressions(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expression of p53 and PCNA in patients with different color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)types of primary liver cancer(P<0.01).The positive rates of p53 and PCNA in patients with type Ⅲ were higher than those in type I,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expressions of p53 and PCNA in patients with different three-dimensional color power angiography(3D-CPA)types of primary liver cancer(P<0.01).The positive rates of p53 and PCNA in patients with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ were higher than those in type I,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the expressions of p53 and PCNA and the ultrasound image features of primary liver cancer.Thus,it is beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of this lethal disease based on the indicators.
