摘要
以EPC模式为背景,从工程总承包企业角度出发,阐述了EPC管理模式下工程总承包企业的造价及成本管控中存在问题,并从工程招投标、设计及施工等阶段探究了EPC管理模式下工程总承包企业造价及成本管控措施。
Taking EPC mode as the background and from the perspective of general contracting enterprises,this paper expounds the problems existing in the cost and cost control of general contracting enterprises under EPC management mode,and explores the cost and cost control measures of general contracting enterprises under EPC management mode from the stages of project bidding,design and construction.
