摘要
分析EPC模式下常用的固定总价合同、成本加酬金合同、定额下浮率三种合同价款确定方式,阐述其特点、难点及适用条件等,以期为相关EPC项目选择计价模式提供参考。
This paper analyzes three methods of determining contract price under EPC model:fixed total price contract,cost-plus-fee contract and quota floating rate,and expounds their characteristics,difficulties and applicable conditions,so as to provide reference for selecting pricing model for relevant EPC projects.
