生产工艺及助剂对透明聚丙烯产品雾度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 理论结合实际,详细研究了聚丙烯生产控制工艺、添加剂及催化剂体系对无规共聚聚丙烯雾度的影响。结果表明,在生产工艺控制阶段,影响无规透明聚丙烯雾度的主要因素为二甲苯可溶物含量、乙烯基含量及产品熔体流动速率。其中,最佳二甲苯可溶物含量在5.5%-6.5%,最佳乙烯注入量为3.0%-4.0%。随着熔体流动速率的增加,雾度出现轻微的上涨。在添加剂体系中,成核剂、抗氧化剂及除酸剂均会影响最终产品的雾度。其中山梨醇类成核剂能大幅降低产品雾度,成核剂NX8000K表现出更优异的增透性。抗氧剂对雾度影响相对较小,但价格偏差较大,需根据实际产品的需求选择合适的抗氧剂体系。除酸剂DHT4A与成核剂产生协同效应,能进一步降低聚丙烯雾度。选择具有较好乙烯分布均匀性的催化剂体系对透明聚丙烯的雾度也有较大影响。 Combining theory with practice, the effects of polypropylene processing parameter, additives and catalyst system on the haze of random copolymer polypropylene(PP) were studied in detail. The results show that the main factors affecting the haze of PP in the production process control stage are xylene soluble content,vinyl content and melt index. Experimental studied found that the optimum value of xylene soluble content is 5.5%-6.5%, and the best ethylene content is 3.0%-4.0%;and with the increase of melt index, the haze increases slightly. In the additive system, the haze of the final product is affected by nucleating agents, antioxidants and acid neutralizer. The sorbitol nucleating agent can greatly reduce the haze of PP, and the nucleating agent of NX8000K shows much better transparency. The influence of antioxidants on haze is relatively small, but the price deviation among different categories is large. It is necessary to select the appropriate antioxidant system according to the actual product demand. The acid neutralizer of DHT4A can further reduce the haze of polypropylene due to the synergistic effect of DHT4A and nucleating agent. Moreover, the catalyst system with good ethylene distribution uniformity also has a great influence on the haze of transparent polypropylene.
