摘要
在丙烯聚合过程中加入内外给电子体,对于提高Ziegler-Natta催化剂活性及控制聚合物立构规整性方面都发挥着极为重要的作用.不同内外给电子体因配位方式、稳定性及空间位阻各异,对催化剂的氢调敏感性、分子量分布及等规度有较大影响,因此根据聚丙烯产品的实际应用需求,选择与之匹配的内外给电子体显得尤为重要.概述了用于丙烯聚合的Ziegler-Natta催化体系中内给电子体和外给电子体的最新研究发展,探讨内、外给电子体用于丙烯聚合时的作用机理及对催化剂活性中心结构的影响,并对给电子体的发展趋势进行展望.
Both internal and external donors play an important role in improving the activity of Ziegler-Natta catalysts and the stereoregularity of polypropylene.Different internal and external electron donors have different coordination modes,stability and steric hindrance,which have a great influence on the hydrogen response,molecular weight distribution,and isotacticity of catalysts.Therefore,it’s particularly important to select the proper internal and external electron donors that well matched with the actual application needs of polypropylene products.The progresses in the internal and external electron donors for propylene polymerization were reviewed.Especially probes into the mechanisms of the electron donors on propylene polymerization.Moreover,the prospect of electron donors were also discussed based on literature survey.
