人工岛隔水管锤入振动在线监测系统应用

摘要 由于人工岛土质与常规地表土层不同,单纯的数值仿真分析很难准确预测隔水管锤入时的振动影响,因此有必要实时在线监测隔水管锤击时的振动情况。振动在线监测系统在城市建设中应用比较普遍,如监测桩基施工时引起周边房屋的振动,但在人工岛隔水管锤入施工中还没有应用先例。基于此,以月东油田B人工岛隔水管锤入施工为研究对象,阐述了振动在线监测系统的原理和组成,数据的采集、传输和处理过程及分级预警机制,并分析了施工期间的在线监测数据。振动在线监测系统在月东油田B人工岛的首次成功应用,为今后人工岛隔水管锤入振动监测提供了借鉴。 Because the soil properties of artificial island are different from those of conventional surface soil layer,it is difficult to accurately predict the vibration impact of riser hammering by simple numerical simulation analysis.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the vibration of riser hammering in real time.Online vibration monitoring system is widely used in urban construction,such as monitoring the vibration of surrounding houses caused by pile foundation construction,but there is no precedent in the construction of artificial island riser hammering.Taking the riser hammering construction of artificial island B in Yuedong oilfield as the research object,this paper expounds the principle and composition of the vibration on-line monitoring system,the process of data acquisition,transmission and processing,and the hierarchical early warning mechanism,and analyzes the on-line monitoring data during construction.The first successful application of on-line vibration monitoring system in artificial island B of Yuedong oilfield provides a reference for riser hammering vibration monitoring of artificial island in the future.
