摘要
肺癌是世界上发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤。化疗是治疗晚期肺癌的主要手段之一,但以恶心呕吐为代表的诸多化疗相关不良反应严重影响患者的临床效果、生存质量及预后。中医药治疗恶心呕吐效果显著,具有一定优势。此文将从中医内治法、中医外治法、非药物疗法等方面进行归纳总结,对中医药防治肺癌化疗引起的恶心和呕吐(CINV)病因病机的认识、应用及其特点进行分析,为中医药在肺癌CINV的治疗提供参考,现作如下综述。
Lung cancer is the most malignant tumor incidence rate and mortality in the world. Chemotherapy is one of the main methods for the treatment of advanced lung cancer,but many chemotherapy-related adverse reactions,such as nausea and vomiting,can seriously affect the clinical effect,quality of life and prognosis of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of nausea and vomiting effect is remarkable,has certain advantages. This article will summarize the internal treatment,external treatment and non drug therapy of TCM,and analyze the understanding,application and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapyrelated nausea and vomiting of lung cancer,so as to provide reference for the treatment of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting of lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
