摘要
为了对比分析钢轨闪光焊和铝热焊的应用情况,对现场两种焊接工艺下的钢轨廓形、前后不平顺以及接触光带进行了对比分析。分析表明:钢轨铝热焊前后廓形一致性明显差于闪光焊,最大偏差可达1.5 mm;闪光焊平直度要优于铝热焊,其不平顺变化幅度较小,箱形图整体区间较小;闪光焊接触光带影响区域要小于铝热焊,光带不一的情况不超过前后300 mm,只对局部接触光带范围有影响。
In order to compare and analyze the application of rail flash welding and aluminothermic welding,the rail profile,front and rear unevenness and contact light band under the two welding processes on site were compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that the profile consistency before and after the aluminothermic welding of the rail is significantly worse than that of the flash welding,and the maximum deviation can reach 1.5 mm;the flatness of flash welding is better than that of aluminothermic welding,and its unevenness varies less,and the overall interval of the box plot is small;the impact area of the flash welding contact light strip is smaller than that of aluminothermic welding,and the inconsistency of the light band does not exceed 300 mm before and after,which only affects the local contact light strip range.
