副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂寄生对橡副珠蜡蚧体液免疫及营养代谢的影响

Effect of Parasitism by Metaphycus parasaissetiae on the Humoral Immunity and Nutrition Metabolism of Parasaissetia nigra Nietner

摘要 为探索副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂毒液在抑制橡副珠蜡蚧免疫和调节其营养代谢方面的作用,对比解析了橡副珠蜡蚧被寄生前后体内血淋巴酚氧化酶活性、黑化反应、凝集素活性、血淋巴蛋白与血淋巴还原性糖含量等指标变化。结果表明:副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂的寄生显著影响了橡副珠蜡蚧的血淋巴酚氧化酶活性、黑化反应以及凝集素活性;与未被寄生的蜡蚧相比,被寄生蜡蚧的血淋巴酚氧化酶活性和黑化反应率显著降低,不同蜡蚧血淋巴凝集素活性在24 h内的变化趋势不同;副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂的寄生也显著影响橡副珠蜡蚧血淋巴蛋白与还原性糖含量;除寄生后24 h外,被寄生后蜡蚧的血淋巴蛋白含量均显著低于未被寄生的蜡蚧;被寄生蜡蚧的血淋巴还原糖含量显著高于未被寄生的蜡蚧。副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂毒液可通过调节寄主体内多种生理生化代谢水平来保障其后代的发育。 To probe into the effect of venom of Metaphycus parasaissetiae on the humoral immunity and nutrition metabolism of Parasaissetia nigra Nietner,the phenol oxidase activity,melanization,hemagglutinin activity,protein content and reducing sugar content of hemolymphs were comparatively examined between the parasitized and unparasitized P.Nietner.The results showed that the parasitization of M.parasaissetiae significantly affected the phenol oxidase activity,melanization,and hemagglutinin activity of P.Nietner hemolymphs.Compared to the unparasitized P.Nietner,the activity of phenol oxidase and melanization rate obviously reduced in the hemolymphs of parasitized P.Nietner.The hemagglutinin activity of hemolymph of the parasitized P.Nietner also showed a different trend within 24 hours.The parasitization of M.parasaissetiae significantly influenced the contents of protein and reducing sugar in P.Nietner hemolymphs.The hemolymph protein content of the parasitized P.Nietner was significantly lower than that of the unparasitized P.Nietner except for 24 h.In addition,the reducing sugar content of hemolymph of the parasitized P.Nietner was significantly higher than that of unparasitized P.Nietner.Based on these result,the venom of M.parasaissetiae can regulate the physiological and biochemical metabolism levels of their hosts to ensure the development of their offspring.
