摘要
文章基于2017年江苏省新型研发机构截面数据,利用DEA方法对江苏省新型研发机构资源配置效率及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明:江苏省新型研发机构创新资源配置效率总体较好,但存在显著的地区差异,而新型研发机构的研发人员数、研发内部经费支出、技术服务量和成果转化数是造成这种效率差异的主要原因。新型研发机构应优化创新资源配置,进一步提高技术服务产出。
Based on the cross-sectional data of new R&D institutions in Jiangsu province in 2017,this paper uses DEA method to study the resource allocation efficiency and its influencing factors of new R&D institutions in Jiangsu province.The results show that the overall efficiency of innovation resource allocation of new R&D institutions in Jiangsu province is good,but there are significant regional differences,and the number of R&D personnel,internal R&D expenditure,technical services and achievement transformation of new R&D institutions are the main reasons for this efficiency difference.New R&D institutions should optimize the allocation of innovation resources and further improve the output of technical services.
