摘要
智能变电站SCD文件生成复杂,同时这些过程均需人工配置,易由于人为因素引起错误。针对这些问题,提出了智能变电站二次设备即插即用文件自动配置技术。首先,对智能变电站二次设备配置文件自动生成下发的机制进行了说明,从智能变电站二次PNP对象、智能变电站PNP注册管理和智能变电站PNP对象通信接口阐述了P2P信息交互架构。设计了配置文件自动配置逻辑,并对SCD配置文件自动配置、间隔层二次设备自动配置和过程层二次设备自动配置分别进行了说明。提出了基于IEC61850的即插即用标准接口模型,并对各类接口分别进行了说明。最后,智能变电站二次设备配置文件自动配置应用证明了所设计系统的可行性。
The generation of SCD files in a smart substation is complicated,and the relevant processes require manual configuration.It is easy for human error to occur.In response to this problem,a plug-and-play file automatic configuration technology for secondary equipment in a smart substation is proposed.First,the mechanism of automatic generation and distribution of configuration files for secondary equipment in a smart substation is explained.The P2P information interaction architecture is explained from the secondary PNP objects,PNP registration management,and PNP object communication interfaces of smart substations.The logic of configuration file automatic configuration is designed,and the automatic configuration of the SCD configuration file,the secondary equipment at bay level and the secondary equipment at process level are explained.A plug-and-play standard interface model based on IEC61850 is proposed,and various interfaces are explained separately.Finally,the automatic configuration application of the secondary equipment configuration file of the smart substation proves the feasibility of the designed system.
