摘要
为实现服装生产高效率、高品质、高顾客满意度与低成本之间的平衡,提升生产的快速响应能力,在分析大规模定制生产特点和吊挂流水线需求的基础上,设计一种可以提升大规模定制生产效率的双轨吊挂流水线,赋予其普通工站灵活组合能力和衣架筛选功能,并通过工业以太网对流水线的工艺信息同步、生产信息实时采集及串并行混合生产秩序优化功能进行了集成。这种用于服装生产的吊挂流水线,能够通过数字化、标准化、模块化的生产过程,满足服装企业在大规模定制生产时对服装定制生产线的柔性和效率要求。
