摘要
透析目前中国的服装产业发展困境,对服装企业常见的开发周期长、设计缺乏个性、产品质量不稳定、服装合体性差、库存积压等问题进行分析,结合戴尔公司的生产经营模式,提出"先卖后造"的服装单量单裁定制生产方式,即在人体数据研究、建立服装号型数据库,以及服装各个部件模块化、标准化的基础上,让消费者按照喜好"自主设计",从而在现有条件下,根本性地逆转服装生产经营的传统方式,达到产业升级和企业优化的目的。
Dialysis on the development dilemma of China garments industry,it analyses the problems,such as long development cycle,the impersonal design,the instable quality,the unfit size,inventory backlog and so on.Combined with DELL′s production and management mode,put forward a model of made to measure-′made after sale′,which is on the basis of the study of human date,establishes the shape database and makes the clothing parts modularization and standardization,make the consumer′independent design′by their grade.In the existing conditions,we can make a fundamental reversal of the apparel production and operation of the traditional way,and achieve the objective of the industrial upgrading and enterprise optimization.
