摘要
目的 论述以卡牌为依托的桌面推演教学模式在防化医学课程中的运用。方法 基于化学战争和化学泄露背景下伤员救治的实际需求,通过设置救援人员身份卡、化学伤员病例卡、救援物资装备卡和伤员救治策略卡,让学生根据战场环境、自身角色和病人伤情推演防化医学救援全流程。结果 这种新型教学模式更加贴近实战,不仅可使学生灵活掌握所学知识,也可强化其动手能力、分析能力和应变能力,充分发挥了学生的主观能动性。结论 基于卡牌的桌面推演教学模式解决了防化医学教学中存在的难题,对于提升课程质量具有重要意义,也为相关课程建设提供了新的思路。
Objective To discuss the use of the card-based tabletop exercise teaching mode in the chemical defense medicine course.Methods To meet the actual needs of casualty treatment in the basis of chemical warfare and chemical leaks;identity cards of rescuers,chemical casualty case cards,equipment cards for relief supplies and strategy cards of casualty treatment were designed for tabletop exercise using,which let students deduced the whole process of chemical defense medicine rescue according to the battlefield environment,their roles and patients′ injuries.Results This new teaching mode was closer to the actual battle,which not only enabled students to master the theory knowledge flexibly,but also strengthened their operational ability,analytical ability and adaptability.Conclusion The card-based tabletop exercise teaching mode solves the difficulties existing in the course of defense and chemical medicine,which improves the quality of the course and provides new ideas for the construction of related courses.
