摘要
目的:分析人性化护理服务在门诊导诊中的应用效果。方法:选取2018-2019年未实施人性化护理服务期间在长沙市第四医院门诊就诊的患者117例作为对照组;选取2019-2020年期间实施了人性化护理服务期间在门诊就诊的患者117例作为观察组。比较两组患者的门诊导诊护理满意度评分、门诊诊疗的焦虑评分、门诊诊疗配合度评分和门诊导诊护理纠纷发生率。结果:观察组对门诊导诊服务态度、形象、环境、服务、引导等满意度评分均显著高于对照组;观察组门诊诊疗期间的焦虑评分显著低于对照组;观察组的门诊诊疗配合度评分高于对照组;观察组门诊导诊护理纠纷发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊导诊护理中开展人性化护理服务,可显著提高门诊导诊护理服务质量,从而显著提升患者的护理满意度,并能够缓解患者诊疗期间的焦虑程度,提升其诊疗配合度,有效控制护理纠纷的发生,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing service in outpatient guidance.Methods:A total of 117 patients who were treated in the Outpatient Department,The Fourth Hospital of Changsha from 2018 to 2019,during which humanized nursing service was not implemented,were selected as control group;117 patients who were treated in the Outpatient Department from 2019 to 2020,during which humanized nursing service was implemented,were selected as observation group.The satisfaction score of outpatient guidance nursing,anxiety score during outpatient diagnosis and treatment,outpatient diagnosis and treatment cooperation score and the incidence of outpatient guidance nursing disputes in two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the satisfaction scores on the attitude,image,environment,service and guidance of outpatient guidance service were significantly higher than those in the control group;the anxiety score during outpatient diagnosis and treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the outpatient diagnosis and treatment cooperation score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the incidence of outpatient guidance nursing disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanized nursing service in outpatient guidance nursing can significantly improve the quality of outpatient guidance nursing service,thus significantly improve patients'nursing satisfaction,relieve patients'anxiety during diagnosis and treatment,improve their diagnosis and treatment cooperation,and effectively control the occurrence of nursing disputes,it has high application value.
