Research on Enterprise Employee Relationship Management under the Digital Economy

摘要 党的十九大报告明确指出要将大数据和人工智能与实体经济深度融合,从而培育出数字经济新的增长点和形成新动能。传统的人力资源管理已经无法适应数字经济下的员工管理模式,如何提高企业员工关系管理水平,从而构建和谐稳定的劳动关系以推动数字经济的发展,已经成为一项亟需研究的课题。本研究主要论述了数字经济下企业与员工的关系,并将核心关系概括为共生共成长,基于静态博弈模型和动态博弈模型,得出数字经济下管理者和员工的最优纳什均衡应是积极管理和积极工作。同时,构建劳动关系量化评价指标对员工关系的状况进行模糊综合评价,为企业员工关系管理提供一定的模型支持,从而判断公司员工关系是否处于优良状态,并及时作出管理调整。最后,提出了提高数字经济下员工关系管理水平的建议。 The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out the need to deeply integrate big data and artificial intelligence with the real economy,so as to cultivate new growth points and form new momentum for the digital economy.At the same time,traditional human resource management has been unable to adapt to the employee management model in the digital economy.How to improve the management level of enterprise employee relationship,so as to build a harmonious and stable labor relationship to promote the development of digital economy has become an urgent research topic.This article mainly discusses the relationship between enterprises and employees in the digital economy and summarizes the core relationship as symbiosis and co-growth.Based on the static game model and the dynamic game model,this article shows that under the digital economy,the optimal Nash equilibrium for managers and employees should be active management and active work.At the same time,the quantitative evaluation index of labor relationship is constructed to make a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the status of employee relationships and provide a certain model support for the management of employee relationship in the enterprise so as to judge whether the employee relationship is in a good state and make management adjustments in time.Finally,some measures and suggestions are given to improve the level of employee relationship management in the digital economy.
