摘要
以2008—2019年吉林省高新技术企业为样本,运用主成分分析法与熵值法,优化评价指标及客观赋权确定指标权重,从创新能力、培育潜能、区域贡献等创新发展指数对吉林省高新技术企业创新发展状况进行量化评价。结果表明,2008年以来,吉林省高新技术企业创新发展指数与区域贡献指数缓慢上涨,创新能力指数提升明显,而培育潜能指数呈波动变化趋势。结合指数变化情况,笔者提出吉林省未来发展须建立高新技术企业培育库、构建科技企业培育链、促进科技金融融合发展等对策建议。
Considering innovation capability,cultivation potential and regional contribution,it chooses the high-tech enterprises in Jilin province from 2008 to 2015 as a sample.Using principal component analysis and entropy method,in which optimizing the evaluation indeAes,with objective empowerment to form indeA weights,it conducts evaluation of the innovation development status of high-tech enterprises in Jilin Province.The results show that since 2008,the innovation development indeA and regional con⁃tribution indeA of high-tech enterprises in Jilin Province have been rising slowly,the innovation capabil⁃ity indeA has increased significantly,while the cultivation potential indeA has been fluctuating and de⁃clining.Therefore,establishing a cultivation bank for high-tech enterprises and constructing a cultiva⁃tion chain for science and technology enterprises,are proposed for the future development of high-tech enterprises in Jilin Province.
