摘要
目的研究优质护理在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的效果。方法选取2020年1月-12月我院消毒供应中心实施优质护理管理的2120件手术器械作为观察组。选取2019年1月-12月我院消毒供应中心实施常规护理管理的2120件手术器械作为对照组。比较两组手术器械质量合格率、临床科室满意度、手术器械管理质量水平以及不良事件发生率。结果观察组手术器械清洗、包装、灭菌合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发放回收及时、临床需求满足、手术器械正确配置满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组清洗流程、分类包装、清点存储、环境管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理不良事件发生率为0.94%,低于对照组的3.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心开展优质护理管理,可提高手术器械质量合格率,提高临床科室满意度,提升手术器械管理质量水平,降低管理不良事件发生率,具有应用有效性和可行性。
Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing on the management of surgical instruments in central sterile supply department.Methods A total of 2120 surgical instruments implemented high-quality nursing management in the central sterile supply department of our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group.A total of 2120 surgical instruments implemented routine nursing management in the central sterile supply department of our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group.The qualified rate of surgical instruments,satisfaction of clinical departments,quality level of surgical instruments management and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of surgical instruments cleaning,packaging and sterilization in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of timely issuance and recovery,satisfaction of clinical needs and correct allocation of surgical instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cleaning process,classified packaging,inventory storage and environmental management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of management adverse events in the observation group was 0.94%,which was lower than 3.96%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high quality nursing management in disinfection supply center can improve the qualified rate of surgical instruments,improve the satisfaction of clinical departments,improve the quality of surgical instruments management,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.It is effective and feasible.
