摘要
目的 探讨在新生儿护理过程中实施优质护理管理的效果,为新生儿的护理工作提供帮助。方法 选取2019年11月—2020年11月高唐县人民医院收治的150例新生儿为研究对象,依照新生儿护理方法不同分为对照组和研究组各75例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理管理。观察两组新生儿护理质量及新生儿家长护理满意率。结果研究组在感染控制、质量安全管理、人员配备和布局设施评分分别为(93.32±2.25)、(91.25±2.02)、(91.25±2.36)和(93.25±2.24)分,均高于对照组的(81.25±2.36)、(80.25±2.36)、(81.02±2.48)和(83.02±1.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿家长护理总满意率为97.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在新生儿护理过程中实施优质护理管理效果较好,能够满足新生儿护理需求,对新生儿护理质量提升有一定帮助,且能够提高新生儿家长护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing high-quality nursing management in the process of neonatal nursing, so as to provide help for neonatal nursing. Methods A total of 150 newborns treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to different neonatal nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 75 cases in each group. Routine nursing was implemented in the control group and highquality nursing management was implemented in the study group. The nursing quality of newborns and the nursing satisfaction rate of neonatal parents were observed. Results The scores of infection control, quality and safety management, staffing and layout of facilities in the study group were(93.32 ±2.25),(91.25±2.02),(91.25 ±2.36) and(93.25 ±2.24) points, respectively, which were higher than(81.25 ±2.36),(80.25 ±2.36),(81.02 ±2.48) and(83.02 ±1.25) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of neonatal parents in the study group was97.33%, which was higher than 86.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of implementing high-quality nursing management in the process of neonatal nursing was good, which could meet the needs of neonatal nursing, help to improve the quality of neonatal nursing, and increase the nursing satisfaction rate of neonatal parents. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
