摘要
对于空间结构螺栓球节点连接,由于连接螺栓位于节点内部,导致内部螺栓发生松动较难被发现.提出了一种基于时间反演的螺栓球节点松动监测方法.利用ABAQUS软件建立螺栓球节点连接模型,获得螺栓预紧力和连接接触面积之间的相关关系.结合螺栓连接接触面积理论可知,节点松动发生时,球节点和杆件间的相对接触面积减小,影响应力波在传感器之间的传播和衰减,为所提方法提供了理论基础.设计制作了一个缩尺网架模型,通过对套筒施加不同的扭矩来模拟螺栓球节点的不同松动状态,在螺栓球和杆件表面粘贴压电陶瓷片作为驱动器和传感器,以应力波信号的聚焦峰值作为松动指标,利用时间反演技术实现对螺栓球节点连接状态的监测.通过模型试验验证了本文方法的有效性,以期为螺栓球节点连接的空间结构安全运营提供一定的保证.
In space structures,it is difficult to monitor the connection looseness of bolted spherical joint,because the connecting bolt is located inside the node.This paper proposes a new approach for monitoring the looseness of bolt based on time reversal method.The connection model of bolted spherical joint is established by ABAQUS software,and the correlation between bolt preloading force and contact area of joint is obtained.According to the contact area theory of bolt connection,the relative contact area between the spherical joint and the bar decreases when the joint loosens,which affects the propagation and attenuation of stress wave between sensors.This provides a theoretical basis for the proposed method.A scaled space grid model is designed and made.Different torques are applied to the sleeve to simulate different loosening states of the bolted spherical joint.Piezoelectric sensors are pasted on the surface of the bolted spherical joint and the bar as the actuator and sensor.The peak value of the stress wave signal is defined as the loosening index.The time reversal technology is used to monitor the connection state of the bolted spherical joint.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the model test.This method is expected to provide certain guarantee for safe operation of space structures connected by bolted spherical joints.
