摘要
目的探究在新生儿护理中优质护理管理方法所取得的临床应用效果。方法选取于2018年1月份至2019年9月份本院收治的新生儿共76例,随机分组法将新生儿分成2组,每组各38例。对照组给予新生儿常规护理方法,观察组给予新生儿优质护理方法。结果不良反应发生率对比观察组低于对照组,新生儿住院时间对比观察组低于对照组,新生儿家属护理满意度对比观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿护理中应用优质护理方法,新生儿不良反应发生率下降明显,缩短了新生儿在医院中的住院时间,新生儿家属对医院的护理工作有着较高的满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing management methods in neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 76 neonates admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected.The neonates were randomly divided into 2 groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing methods for newborns,and the observation group was given high quality nursing methods for newborns.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the neonatal hospital stay time was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the newborn family members was higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing methods in neonatal care has significantly reduced the incidence of adverse reactions in the newborn,shortened the length of hospitalization of the newborn in the hospital,and the family members of the newborn have high satisfaction with the nursing work in the hospital.
