摘要
目的对比线上教学、线下教学、线上线下相结合教学对《牙体牙髓病学》教学效果的影响。方法在新冠疫情影响下,针对我校2016级、2017级和2018级口腔医学专业学生,分别采用了线下教学、线上教学、线上线下相结合教学三种不同的教学形式开展教学。通过分析学生的期末理论考试成绩、实验课成绩及总成绩反映教学效果;通过问卷调查法从教学资源质量、教师教学质量、自主学习效果、成绩考核内容和方式、总体学习效果、教学方法的优缺点六个方面对三种教学形式进行满意度评价和分析。结果理论成绩方面,三种教学形式无显著性差异(P>0.05);实验成绩方面,线上线下相结合教学明显优于线上教学和线下教学(P<0.05)。问卷分析结果显示,教学资源质量方面,线上线下相结合教学和线上教学明显优于线下教学(P<0.05);自主学习效果方面,三组间均有差异(P<0.05),表现为线上线下相结合教学>线上教学>线下教学;其余方面各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论线上线下相结合教学在实验教学上有着较为明显的优势,线上线下相结合教学和线上教学更有利于学生自学能力的培养。结合问卷调查,教师应从教学设计和成绩评价体系等方面深化改革,推动线上教学与线下教学深度融合式发展。
Objective To compare the influence of online teaching,offline teaching,and online and offline integrated teaching methods on teaching effect of Endodontics for students majoring in stomatology.Methods Under the influence of the COVID-19,offline teaching,online teaching,and online and offline integrated teaching modes were applied in the students majored in stomatology of grade 2016,2017 and 2018,respectively.The teaching effect was assessed by analyzing the final theoretical scores,experimental scores and total scores of students.Meanwhile,satisfaction evaluation was analyzed from six aspects including the quality of teaching resources,teachers’teaching quality,self-learning effects,content and methods of performance assessment,overall learning effects,and the advantages&disadvantages of teaching methods by using questionnaire surveys.Results In terms of theoretical performance,there was no significant difference among the three teaching modes(P>0.05);in terms of experimental performance,online and offline integrated teaching was significantly better than online teaching or offline teaching(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that in terms of the quality of teaching resources,online and offline integrated teaching and online teaching were significantly better than offline teaching(P<0.05);in terms of self-learning ability,there were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05),and the sequenced as online and offline integrated teaching,online teaching,and offline teaching.There were no significant differences in the other aspects among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Online and offline integrated teaching has obvious advantages in experimental teaching.Online and offline integrated teaching,and online teaching are more conducive to the cultivation of self-learning ability of students.Combined with the results of questionnaire surveys,it is suggests that teachers should deepen reforms in terms of teaching design and performance evaluation system to promote the in-depth integration of online teaching and offline teaching.
