摘要
                
                    游泳运动是我国体育事业发展中非常重要的一个项目,在如今的各种体育赛场上,体育竞争的激烈程度日益增加,对游泳运动员的身体素质、技能水平等都提出了更高的要求。青少年游泳运动员是我国游泳运动的重要后备人才,关系着我国优秀游泳运动员的培养,而良好的体能素质是运动员进行体育训练的重要基础素质,而且游泳运动对运动员的身体机能、身体协调性等的要求也都比较高,因此,在开展青少年游泳运动训练的过程中,应注重青少年体能素质的训练,以为青少年参加游泳运动技术训练提供足够的保障。该文首先对我国青少年游泳运动员体能训练的内容进行分析,然后对游泳运动员体能训练方法进行研究,以期能够为青少年游泳运动员体能素质水平的有效提升提供一定的理论参考。
                
                Swimming is a very important item in the development of China's sports undertakings.In today's various sports venues,the intensity of sports competition is increasing day by day,which correspondingly puts forward higher requirements for the physical quality and skill level of swimmers.Young swimmers are important reserve talents of swimming in China,which is related to the cultivation of excellent swimmers in China.Good physical quality is an important basic quality for athletes to carry out any sports training,and swimming also has high requirements for athletes'physical function and physical coordination.In the process of developing teenager swimming training,we should pay attention to the training of teenagers'physical quality,so as to provide sufficient guarantee for teenagers to participate in swimming technical training.This paper first analyzes the content of physical fitness training of young swimmers in China,and then studies the methods of physical fitness training of young swimmers,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the effective improvement of physical fitness level of young swimmers.
