摘要
研制一种适用于广口样品容器的减压浓缩设备,实现对样品尤其是中药材样品的快速浓缩,并回收样品溶剂,减轻环境污染。基于负压浓缩原理,串联加热装置、冷凝器和真空抽气泵,对广口容器内的样品进行减压浓缩并回收溶剂。该设备可实现广口容器里的样品快速浓缩与溶剂回收,便于中药提取物等粘性样品的转移,提高了浓缩效率,减轻了环境污染。该设备利用减压浓缩原理,同时兼顾中药材及其制剂前处理特点,对中药材样品快速浓缩提取及转移具有重要意义,值得推广使用。
A pressure reduction concentration device for wide container was developed to realize the rapid concentrated of samples and recycle sample solvent to reduce environmental pollution.Series the heating device and condensate tube and vacuum pumping pump could condense the samples in the wide-mouth container and recover the solvent based on the principle of negative pressure concentration.The equipment could realize the rapid concentration of samples and solvent recovery in wide mouth containers,facilitate the transfer of viscous samples such as traditional Chinese medicine extracts,improve the concentration efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.The device used decompression principle and pretreatment characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine to realize the rapid extraction of samples and it is worth popularizing.
