摘要
控制阀是过程控制工业里最常用的终端控制元件,根据工艺需要在紧急时刻应保证正确的安全位置、较高的执行可靠性和快速的全行程响应时间,通过分析计算对比了三种电磁阀配置方案的要求时平均失效概率和误停车率,得出串联配置既考虑了安全性又兼顾了可用性是较为合理的方案结论,通过实例介绍了阀门响应时间的计算,达到提高控制阀联锁功能的可靠性。
The control valve is the most commonly used terminal control element in the process control industry.According to the process needs,the correct safe position,high execution reliability and fast full stroke response time should be guaranteed in an emergency situation.Through analysis and calculation,the average failure probability and the fault shut-down rate for three solenoid valve configuration schemes are compared.It is concluded that the series configuration is a reasonable scheme with considering both safety and availability.The calculation of valve response time is introduced through an example.It is satisfied to improve the reliability of the control valve interlock function.
