摘要
万物皆有制克之道,谈及五行相克,当提及《素问·宝命全形论》,原文称:"木得金而伐,火得水而灭,土得木而达,金得火而缺,水得土而绝",历代医家对"伐""灭""缺""绝"四字描述五行相克关系的认识较为统一,独在论述木土关系时应用"达"字尚存疑问。"达"字何解?何以解说"土得木而达"?有鉴于此,笔者综历代医家之所述,结合"达"字释义,从木(肝)土(脾)生理、病理联系及临床应用等方面对"土得木而达"理论进行深入探讨,以期探寻该理论实质所在。
There is a principle of inter promotion and restraint for everything. When talking about the contents about restriction among the five elements, Suwen · Baoming Quanxing Lun comes to mind. Metal restricts wood, water restricts fire,wood restricts earth, fire restricts metal, earth restricts water. The first four words representing ‘cut’, ‘quench’, ‘melt’, ‘block’,statement, summarization and comment on these contents, the opinion of doctors of past dynasties reached a basic agreement.However, when describing the relation of wood and earth, why its use the ‘da’ have been questioned. How does it deal with the denotative meaning and connotative meaning? Therefore, the authors traced the original meaning of ‘da’, combined with various viewpoints of the past generations of physicians and later scholars, on which basis, deeply discussed the theory of ‘earth being dredged by wood’ from the respect of physiological and pathological relationship between liver and spleen and its clinical application.
