摘要
疳证,作为儿科四大要证之一,该病常迁延难愈,严重影响小儿生长发育。我国传统医学在治疗疳证方面已有数十年的理论与实践经验,并与现代西医进行结合治疗,取得明显疗效。文章介绍了近5年来中西医对疳证致病机制的研究及治疗方法,为临床治疗提供科学参考。
Infantile malnutrition,as one of the four important syndromes in pediatrics,is often protracted and difficult to recover due to this disease,which seriously affects the growth and development of children.Traditional Chinese medicine has decades of theoretical and practical experience in the treatment of malnutrition,and it has been combined with modern Western medicine to achieve obvious curative effects.This paper introduces the research and treatment on the pathogenesis of infantile malnutrition in Chinese and Western medicine in recent years,and provides scientific reference for clinical treatment.
