摘要
目的多学科诊疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)是目前疾病诊疗的先进模式,在各大型医院中的应用越来越普及。而采用MDT教学模式联合案例教学法(CBL),相较于传统讲授式教学法在肝细胞癌临床教学中的效果仍需探索。方法我们以2020年3月—2020年12月我科接收的实习生作为研究对象,随机分入对照组和观察组。借助我院肝癌门静脉癌栓MDT的平台,对观察组应用CBL联合MDT教学法;对照组采用LBL(讲授式教学)传统教学法对肝细胞癌进行临床教学,对比教学效果。结果观察组学生病例分析成绩和总分明显优于对照组;观察组对本组学习氛围、学习参与度和团队协作的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组和对照组之间在肝细胞癌知识体系构建上差异无统计学意义。总体而言,采用CBL联合MDT教学法的学生对本组的认同度高于采用LBL教学法的学生。结论我们的研究证实将案例教学法与多学科联合诊疗的联合教学策略用于肝细胞癌的教学实践,能提升学生的临床问题分析水平、学习兴趣以及团队协作能力,可行性强。
Objective To compare the effect of MDT combined with Case-based learning(CBL)with the traditional Lecture-based learning(LBL)in clinical t r a i n i n g.Methods We included interns of our department between March 2020 to November 2020,and randomly assign them to the MDT+CBL group,or the LBL group,for clinical training of hepatocellular carcinoma.Results Our analysis showed that,compared with the LBL group,the MDT+CBL group had better performance in case summary and total score in the test.Moreover,the MDT+CBL group self-identified a better learning atmosphere,higher level of engagement and team cooperation,whereas no significant difference was observed in the construction of the knowledge system.Conclusion This study revealed that the application of MDT+CBL for the study of hepatocellular carcinoma can improve students’learning interest and teamwork ability,which is feasible.
