摘要
体操是我国传统的优势项目,在国际比赛中多次取得优异成绩。然而,体操运动员的伤病不仅影响其正常的训练,还影响其比赛成绩、缩短运动寿命。该文结合体操项目的动作结构特点、解剖、生物力学特性以及现有研究成果,对肩关节、腕关节、膝关节、踝关节以及腰髋部等体操运动中容易出现的损伤情况进行综述,分析体操项目中常见的运动损伤及其机理,讨论有效的运动损伤预防手段,以期为教练员、运动员预防和减少运动损伤以及提高运动员竞技水平提供参考。
Gymnastics is a traditional advantageous event in China,which achieved excellent results in many international competitions.However,the injuries of gymnasts not only affect their normal training,but also affect their competition results and shorten their sports life.Combined with the movement structure characteristics,anatomy,biomechanical characteristics and existing research results of gymnastics,this paper summarizes the joint parts prone to injury in gymnastics,such as shoulder joint,wrist joint,knee joint,ankle joint and waist and hip,analyzes the common sports injury and its mechanism in gymnastics,and discusses the effective means of sports injury prevention,in order to provide reference for coaches athletes can prevent and reduce sports injuries and improve athletes'competitive level.
