摘要
对我国14个省(市)的55 名(13~17岁)少年男子体操运动员运动损伤情况进行了追踪调查和统计分析。结果表明,训练中损伤以上肢为主,损伤的类型主要为韧带及关节囊的损伤,运动员的损伤与其年龄有一定的关系。通过对损伤原因的分析,提出了预防损伤的一些措施。
The author made survey and statistical analysis on 55 junior male gymnast (aged 13-17) who suffer from injury. The result shows that the upper limb is easy to injure. The ligament and joint are the main kind of injury. There are some relationship between age and injury. By analyzing the reason of injury, We can take some measure to prevent it.
