智慧电厂数字孪生体系架构研究及应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对目前发电企业体系架构和信息化系统建设难以适应智能化建设要求,且数字孪生技术如何应用于发电领域的问题。本文首先,在总结分析数字孪生理念和发展过程的基础上,系统性地分析了智慧电厂数字孪生发展内涵,且以仿真技术为基础构建了智慧电厂物理实体与数字孪生镜像关系模型。其次,以智慧管理、智能发电、智慧感知为主要目标,提出了以智慧电厂数字孪生“倒三角”为主线的建设思路。然后,在工业互联网背景下,提出了一种基于数字孪生的智慧电厂体系架构和智慧电厂数字孪生系统网络架构,以满足现阶段发电厂数字化及智能化发展需要。最后,对智慧电厂数字孪生应用进行了初探,以期为智慧电厂的数字孪生体系架构的应用提供理论基础和借鉴参考。 In view of the current power generation enterprise architecture and information system construction is difficult to adapt to the requirements of intelligent construction, and how to apply digital twin technology in the field of power generation. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the concept and development process of digital twinning, this paper systematically analyzes the development connotation of digital twinning in smart power plant, and constructs the mirror relationship model between physical entity of smart power plant and digital twinning based on simulation technology. Secondly, taking smart management, smart power generation and smart perception as the main objectives, this paper puts forward the construction idea of taking the digital twin “inverted triangle” of smart power plant as the main line. Then, under the background of industrial internet, a smart power plant architecture based on digital twin and smart power plant digital twin system network architecture are proposed to meet the needs of power plant digitization and intelligent development at the present stage. Finally, the application of digital twin in smart power plant is discussed in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the application of digital twin architecture in smart power plant.
