摘要
目的探究手术室保温联合精细化护理在达芬奇机器人外科手术系统辅助胸腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年9月于厦门大学附属第一医院接受在达芬奇机器人外科手术系统辅助下行胸腔镜手术治疗的80例患者为研究对象。将入选患者采用随机数字表法划分为2组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上增加手术室保温联合精细化护理。比较并分析2组患者的体温变化情况、住院时间和术后并发症发生情况。结果2组进入手术室和手术开始时的体温差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组在术中30 min、术中60 min、手术结束和麻醉苏醒时的体温均高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,术后并发症(麻醉苏醒期躁动、寒战、切口感染、恶心和呕吐、腹泻)总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论手术室保温联合精细化护理能够有效改善患者的体温情况,在降低术后并发症发生率的同时缩短住院时间,从而促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room thermal insulation combined with refined nursing on the robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery with da Vinci surgical system.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery with da Vinci surgical system at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received operating room thermal insulation combined with refined nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of body temperature,hospital stay and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in body temperature between the two groups when entering the operating room and at the beginning of the operation(both P>0.05).The body temperature of the observation group at 30 min and 60 min during the operation,at the end of the operation and at the time of recovery from anesthesia was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications(restlessness during anesthesia recovery,chills,incision infection,nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea)was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room thermal insulation combined with refined nursing can effectively improve the body temperature of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the length of hospital stay,thereby promoting the early recovery of patients.
